Taapsee Pannu launched her production house Outsiders Films earlier this year. production debut, Foggy, completed the shoot earlier this year and the film will see the backdrop of Nainital and Mall Road. Now, it is learned that the team wanted real locations and hence the film will see a lot of heritage sites.

According to reports, the team of the film is set to shoot at the picturesque hill station of Ramgarh, which offers breathtaking views of the valley and the snow-clad Mukteshwar mountains. The directors and producers wanted to shoot on real locations. The film was also shot in the famous writer’s bungalow, Ashok Vatika, where Rabindranath Tagore wrote a part of Gitanjali and Mahadevi Varma resided and wrote many of his works.

Quite a few heritage sites were chosen for the background of the film as well as some houses which are over 100 years old will also be seen in the film. The local people were very supportive of the film team and welcomed them well and let them go to their homes to shoot.

Written by Pawan Soni and Ajay Behl, Zee Studios, Taapsee Pannu’s Outsider Films, and Echelon Productions’ Foggy is a psychological thriller to be released in 2022.
