Disney World’s FastPass+ is still missing, but we may have our first look at what might replace it

Many other theme parks, such as Universal Studios in Orlando and California, already offer a payment system for opting out of the queue. So if Disney World did it they wouldn’t be breaking new ground at all. Plus, the fact that Disney has long refrained from offering a payment system has left many guests grateful. Doing this so that those who can afford to do so can easily skip lines, while those who cannot be forced to wait is certainly frustrating for many. The idea is also different because most payment systems, including Disneyland’s own MaxPass, charge a single fee to cover everything, while it is a cost per attraction.
